INGREDIENTS

  • White bread 500g
  • Mixed dry fruits 500g 
  • Mixed peal 85g 
  • Mixed spice 1.5Tps
  • 2 Large eggs beat them well 
  • Milk 600ml
  • Muscovado sugar 140g 
  • Melted butter 100g
  • Demerara sugar 2Tsp

PROCEDURE:

STEP1

Tore 500g white bread in small pieces in a large bowl then add mixed spices, mixed peel, and dry fruits.

STEP2

Add 600ml milk in that mixing bowl and stir it well with the help of spatual and mix all ingredients well and crush the bread completely.

STEP3 

Add beaten eggs and 140 grams of Muscovado sugar, stir it well, and keep aside for 15 minutes.

STEP4

Preheat the oven to 180C after that in serving try before pouring the mixture in baking tray brush it well with melted butter and spread demerara sugar/ cramalized sugar.

STEP5

Bake it for 1.5 hours cover it with foil if it turns to brownish color turn out to try to take off the foil paper cut it into your desired shape and serve it.
